Everyone is very supportive and focused on creating the best quality of life possible, given certain project constraints. For example, the firm is actively seeking ways in which weekly travel can be scaled back, or flexed, to allow for adapting needs of the employee through various stages of life. As with any company, there seems to be some natural resistance to modernization efforts (e.g., scaling back travel, etc.) but all in all the leadership team seems to be supportive of finding ways for the firm to evolve and work as efficiently as possible.
