There is no "face time" culture at the frim - you do what needs ot be done to complete your task and provide value to your client. You spend necessary time to suport your team members, but once you are done you move on. Completing training modules, supporting business development efforts even as a young analyst, etc. We take our work seriously and do what is necessary to provide unparalleled value to our clients, but we do not take ourselves seriously. We enjoy our time away from the office, wiht family and friends, traveling the world or partaking in activities we feel passionate about.

The wors aspect is typically during a difficult turnaround/distressed situation when the work at hand know very few boundaries: we are working with your clients to save the company and to save jobs - very little time for time-off in these specific circumstances, but a successful turnaround is inredibly rewarding!
