One or two on-campus rounds of interviews, and then we invite selected candidates to our office in Chciago. There, they willl spend a day interviewing with many of our people across the firm, from analysts to principals and partners. We will take them out to lunch, ask questions and answer questions. At the end of the day, we get our team together and go through every candidate's journey with us, and come-up with a decision for each candidate. The candidates are informed quickly of our desire to extend an offer to them. This allows us to maintain the posittive momentum that is typically created during the day spent with our team in Chicago.
