I've always been called to be a changemaker.

I'm Lauren. I started my career in the government sector because I wanted to make an impact. Frustrated by the gridlock of politics, I quickly realized that there were other avenues I could pursue and still make a difference. As a child, I had always had an interest in tech, but I hadn't before considered that technology could be my career.

I decided to go back to school and transition into a career that I could be really passionate about. Infosys is the environment I've been looking for all my life. The focus on learning, the work, the encouragement you get for your passion, it's a really rewarding space. I'm also thankful to have found a community of supportive women within IWIN, the Infosys Women's Inclusivity Network.

Now as a council member in IWIN's professional development team, I am also able to help other women find their career passions. At Infosys, I'm not just working. I'm learning, growing, and becoming a better version of myself.
