👋 Meet Arthème Gauthier-Villars from Switzerland, currently pursuing his Master’s in Data Science at EPFL. 💡 At Infosys, he worked on a 3D object recognition project for retail applications, envisioning automatic checkout systems that detect products without the need for tags. It was perfect match for his passion for computer vision and his long-term goal of building impactful AI solutions. 🤖 Drawn to AI for its transformative potential, Artheme believes it’s the most impactful technology of the last decade — and will continue shaping the future for many more. 🧗 Outside of work, he enjoys rock climbing, swimming, cooking, and cinema, and explored Mumbai and Kerala during his time in India. 🌍 Passionate about living abroad, Artheme aims to keep exploring new countries and cultures throughout his career.
Johanna Keren De los Reyes Batres

👋 Meet Johanna Keren De los Reyes Batres, a double major in Economics and Public Policy with Data Science at Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey. 💡 Her journey blends a love for economics with a passion for data and real-world impact. 🧠 At Infosys, she worked on AI and machine learning, building predictive models tied to her academic goals. 🌍 Part of a special 6-month InStep cohort from Mexico, she immersed herself in India’s tech, culture, and diversity. 🌶️ Tried 15+ dosas (Mysore Masala is her fave!) and swears by mango lassi 🥭. 📍Best India memory? Hampi’s ancient magic.
Manuela Ferro

👋 Meet Manuela Ferro from Bogotá, Colombia, a lawyer turned MBA candidate at the University of Turin, Italy. ⚖️ After earning her law degree from Universidad de La Sabana, she pursued an MBA to explore industries like commercial, HR, and marketing, while continuing to use her communication and critical thinking skills from law. 💼 At Infosys, she played a role as a Relationship Manager for European interns and universities, a role that blends her business studies with her passion for connecting people and achieving results. 🌍 Her year-long internship, much longer than the usual InStep, let her experience India’s seasons, festivals, and traditions, while meeting interns from all over the world. 💭 She sees life as a series of small accomplishments leading to big dreams, centred on travel, culture, and human connection. 🏃♀️During her time in Infosys, she enjoyed running, hiking, and yoga sessions in the campus.
Matias Dyke

👋 Meet Matias Dyke from Ecuador, a lifelong sailor who spent over a decade chasing his dream to represent his country at the Paris 2024 Olympics. ⛵ After narrowly missing qualification, he shifted course to technology and business. Now pursuing his MBA, he joined Infosys to immerse himself in the tech world and Indian culture. 💼 In the CMT (Communication, Media & Technology) vertical, Mathias worked on data enrichment to improve marketing precision for key accounts, leveraging his background in sales and marketing while learning from industry veterans. 🌍 Sailing has taken him to 25+ countries across four continents, and he’s eager to keep exploring. 💭 His goal: empower people through technology, helping them become the best version of themselves through scalable, impactful actions.
