Mutual funds customer service representatives earned an average salary of $65,812 in 2024, according to a survey by Glassdoor.com. Earnings ranged from $51,000 to $86,000. The U.S. Department of Labor reported that customer service representatives who worked for firms that managed investment pools and funds earned an average salary of $51,920 in May 2023. Full-time customer service representatives receive benefits such as health and life insurance, paid vacation days and sick leave, and a 401(k) or another retirement savings plan.
