- Associate ($124,000 salary, $70,000 bonus)
- Vice President ($181,000 Salary, $135,000 bonus)
- Director ($265,000 salary, $263,000 bonus)
- Managing Director ($364,000 salary, $463,000 bonus)
Investment bankers also receive benefits such as paid vacation days and sick leave, health and life insurance, a 401(k) or other retirement savings plan, dinner stipends (for after-hours work), and reimbursement for travel to and from work.
