Unions and Associations
Many insulation workers belong to the International Association of Heat and Frost Insulators and Allied Workers or other unions. The Association of the Wall and Ceiling Industry is a membership organization for companies and organizations in the exterior insulation and finishing systems, flooring systems, insulation, and related sectors. The National Insulation Association offers certification, continuing education classes, and publications.
