Artist and Repertoire Workers

Artist and repertoire workers are not typically represented by unions. Several organizations provide resources to A&R workers. The Recording Industry Association of America is a trade organization of businesses that create, manufacture, and/or distribute approximately 85 percent of all recorded music that is produced and sold in the United States. The Recording Academy is a membership organization for music industry professionals. The Society of Professional Audio Recording Services is a membership organization for audio recording professionals and firms.
