Beverage Industry Workers

Work Environment

According to the American Beverage Association, the modern bottling plant is a highly automated, sanitary environment. Highly sophisticated equipment handles the entire process, from the delicate mixing procedure to bottling to packaging. Compliance with the Hazardous Analysis Critical Control Point system has resulted in stricter standards of sanitation in the beverage industry. As with any plant in which technical equipment is used, there are always some safety risks. Eye-hand coordination plays an important role in this area.
