Distance Learning Coordinators

Most employers prefer to hire distance learning coordinators who have a master's degree and three to four years of work experience in distance education.

The job requires strong knowledge of principles and methods of education and training. They are technology savvy and are comfortable using a wide variety of computer systems to process information, enter data, communicate with others, and create and monitor DL programs.
