Work Environment
Green marketers work in company offices and sometimes out of offices in their homes. They often work 50 or more hours per week, and sometimes work evenings, weekends, and through holidays to meet project deadlines. The work can be stressful at times, especially when managing multiple projects at one time, overseeing the work of others, and dealing with difficult clients. Green marketers may also spend some time out of the office, traveling to meet with clients, work on projects, and attend conferences and events. To be successful in this field, marketers must be able to handle pressure and stress effectively. Time management skills, flexibility, and patience are essential.
