Unions and Associations
The International Transport Workers' Federation and its affiliated unions around the world work with cruise lines to require safe and humane living and working conditions for cruise ship employees. Some cruise ship workers may also be members of the Seafarers International Union. The Cruise Lines International Association represents more than 50 ocean, river, and specialty cruise lines.
