The U.S. Department of Labor does not provide information on earnings for dance school owners and managers, but it does report that general and operations managers earned median annual salaries of $100,930 in May 2018. The lowest 10 percent of general and operations managers earned $44,710, while the top 25 percent made $157,120 or more. An owner of a large and successful dance school can have earnings that range from $75,000 to $250,000 or more.
