Unions and Associations
E-sports coaches are not members of unions. Some join the National Association of Esports Coaches and Directors, which offers continuing education courses, a mentorship program, and coaching opportunities. Other useful organizations include the National Association of Collegiate Esports, National Esports Association, and Women in Games International. The Network of Academic and Scholastic Esports Federations serves more than 8,000 members/clubs with over 200,000 students in 70 countries. It provides information about career paths in e-sports on its Web site.
