Annual salaries for all concierges ranged from as low as $21,850 to more than $50,380. Les Clefs d'Or reports that salaries vary widely, depending on the hotel and the concierges' level of experience. Concierges employed by hotels typically receive benefits such as paid vacations, sick and holiday time, health insurance, and some type of employee hotel discount, depending on the establishment.
