For example, Les Clefs d'Or USA offers membership and hosts an annual conference. The National Concierge Association offers membership and certification. It also hosts an annual educational conference. The American Hotel and Lodging Association and American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute provide a wealth of information about education and careers in the hospitality industry.
