Marble Setters, Tile Setters, and Terrazzo Workers

Many marble setters, tile setters, and terrazzo workers are members of the Operative Plasterers' and Cement Masons' International Association, United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, or the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers. Organizations that provide training, certification, professional support, and other resources for marble setters, tile setters, and terrazzo workers include the Ceramic Tile Education Foundation, National Terrazzo and Mosaic Association, and the National Tile Contractors Association. The International Masonry Institute provides certification, summer camps, technical seminars, and apprenticeship training.
