College administrators are not represented by unions, but they can obtain membership, career resources, networking opportunities, and other resources (as well as attend annual meetings) from a variety of associations. These organizations include the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (which offers a Women's Leadership Institute, blogs, and podcasts), American Association of University Administrators, College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (which publishes surveys on executive compensation and publishes The Higher Ed Workplace Blog), and NASPA-Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education. The Canadian Association of College and University Student Services represents the professional interests of administrators in Canada.
