Dispatchers who worked in general freight trucking earned an average of $45,570 per year, which translates to $21.91 per hour. Specialized freight trucking dispatchers typically earn slightly higher incomes. Payscale.com reported the median salary for truck dispatchers in October 2020 was $49,957, with salaries ranging from $29,000 to more than $65,000.
