Mobility managers connect people (including those with disabilities, individuals with lower incomes, the elderly, and others) to transportation options. They conduct research to learn about client needs and work with government agencies, nonprofits, and other shareholders to design and implement programs. They serve as advocates for those who are transportation disadvantaged.
