Unions and Associations
Mobility managers do not belong to unions. The Association of Mobility Managers offers membership options for students and current managers. It also offers webinars. There are also state-level organizations—such as the New York State Association of Mobility Managers (https://nysamm.com) and the Wisconsin Association of Mobility Managers (https://wi-mm.org) that represent mobility managers. If you do not live in New York or Wisconsin, conduct keyword searches to find organizations for mobility managers in your state. The American Planning Association offers membership for those in the related career of urban and regional planner. The Transportation Professional Certification Board provides a variety of certification credentials.
