Some employers, such as hotels, casinos, and spas, require their employees to wear company uniforms. Many places allow their employees to use the resort facilities on off days. Ski resorts give their employees free lift passes for the season. Employees of beach resorts enjoy swimming and sailing during their free time.
Many resorts offer housing options for their employees, with assignments grouping two or more employees to an apartment or room. Oftentimes, especially if the resort is in a remote location, seasonal workers have no choice but to hang out with each other during their free time.
