They coordinate or direct environmental studies, engineering or construction activities, and permitting and proposals for wind energy projects. They create plans for wind energy projects, including scope of work, schedules, and costs. They supervise the work of subcontractors and consultants to ensure compliance with work standards and environmental regulations.
