Spacecraft test technicians conduct tests on rockets, crew cabins, space station components, satellites, and any other type of vehicle or technology that is designed to fly in space. Technicians often specialize in areas such as aerodynamics; environmental systems; guidance, navigation, and control; structural design; propulsion; or information systems. Spacecraft test technicians may also be known as aerospace test technicians.
