Space Lawyers

Overview

Lawyers provide legal advice to individuals, businesses, government agencies, and nonprofits and represent them in legal disputes and civil and criminal proceedings. Space lawyers provide these services to companies and government agencies that develop and manufacture space technology; launch and operate spacecraft, satellites, and other technology; and engage in other activities in suborbit, orbit, or beyond the orbit of Earth. Space lawyers are also known as space attorneys.
