Litigation support/ediscovery analysts who are employed by government agencies can obtain union representation by joining the American Federation of Government Employees. They can also join and receive a variety of professional development resources (including certification, continuing education classes and webinars, and publications) from the American Alliance of Paralegals, American Bar Association, Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists, International Legal Technology Association, NALA-The Paralegal Association, and NALS...the association for legal professionals. They can also join local and state-level groups. For example, Minnesota-based analysts can join the Minnesota Association of Litigation Support Professionals.
