It has a voluntary certification program for personal shoppers. The Personal Shoppers Association also offers a certification program and educational opportunities, tips, and techniques to improve one's business. Personal shoppers sometimes also work as professional organizers. In this instance, they might become members of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals.
