Chief Customer Officers

Overview

Chief customer officers, also known as chief client officers and chief experience officers, attend to a company's customers as the most important asset of the business. They are part of the executive or "C" (corporate) suite in a company. Chief customer officers are responsible for the total relationship with an organization's customers and make sure that the company delivers a positive experience for every customer whether he or she wants information, is ordering products or services, dealing with problems, or in need of answers to questions.
