Chief Customer Officers

Work Environment

Chief customer officers hold senior level corporate jobs. They typically work in a comfortable office with modern technology and equipment. They spend a great deal of time in meetings, on the phone, and on the computer doing research. They may be required to travel to meet customers or partners in the business. As in many executive positions, CCOs often feel a lot of stress and pressure. Special projects can involve working long hours. Many chief customer officers work more than 50 to 60 hours a week.
