Data Warehousing Specialists

Data warehousing specialists are not members of unions, but many professional associations at the national, state, and local levels provide useful resources. TDWI, a membership association for data science professionals, provides continuing education classes, offers the certified business intelligence professional credential, and hosts an annual conference. The Association for Computing Machinery publishes the Journal of Data and Information Quality, hosts more than 170 conferences and other events worldwide, and has a Special Interest Group on Management of Data. Other noteworthy organizations include DAMA International, Data Science Association, and the IEEE Computer Society.
