Unions and Associations
Molders may belong to unions such as The International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace, and Agricultural Implement Workers of America; the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers; and the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America. The American Foundry Society is a membership organization for foundry workers. It provides publications, continuing education classes, and annual conferences. The Foundry Educational Foundation provides scholarships and other resources.
