Unions and Associations
Logistics analysts do not typically belong to unions. Many receive access to educational programs, certification, conferences and networking events, publications and research, advocacy, and other resources through membership to professional associations. They participate in groups such as the Association for Supply Chain Management, the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, and the Institute for Supply Management. They also have access to helpful resources and information from organizations such as the MHI and WERC. Women in Logistics is a membership organization for women and men. It offers mentorship and scholarship programs.
