Work Environment

Logistics analysts work in offices in corporations and manufacturing companies. Part of their work day is spent on the computer, using spreadsheets and tracking schedules and inventory sheets. They also spend time e-mailing and speaking with suppliers, warehouse managers, and other department managers. They usually work 40 hours per week during business hours, and there may be times when they work longer hours to meet project deadlines.
