Remote Work Coordinators

Outlook

The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) does not provide an employment outlook for remote work coordinators, but it does report that job opportunities for project management specialists (some of whom manage remote workers) are projected to grow 6 percent from 2024 to 2034. This is faster than the average for all careers.

Demand for remote work coordinators will continue because companies and other organizations value the cost savings and other benefits associated with employing remote staff. Industries that employ many remote workers include healthcare, finance, information technology, and sales.
