The career services office of your school can help you find employment opportunities or establish job contacts after you graduate. You may also find specific jobs through employment Web sites and classified newspaper advertisements. Most companies provide on-the-job training for entry-level billing clerks in order to explain company procedures and policies and teach them the basic tasks of the job. During the first month, billing clerks work with experienced personnel.
