Information Technology Project Managers

Employment for computer and information systems managers is expected to grow by 11 percent from 2018 to 2018, according to the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), or much faster than the average for all careers. The DOL reports that "employment growth will result from the need to bolster cybersecurity in computer and information systems used by businesses. Industries such as retail trade will need to implement more robust security policies as cyber threats increase." Additionally, there will be many job openings at companies that provide cybersecurity solutions and in the insurance industry.
