The average annual salary for physicians and surgeons was $250,000 in 2018, according to a MedPage Today salary survey. A number of factors, such as geographical location, experience, and reputation of good work, can determine an allergist/immunologist's salary. Physicians specializing in allergy and immunology earned an average of $247,644 in May 2019, according to Salary.com, with most salaries ranging from $222,824 to $290,559.
