Hospital-at-Home Managers

Overview

Hospital-at-home (HaH) managers develop and oversee programs that provide patients with acute-level hospital care at home. Programs typically include physician and nursing care; physical therapy, radiology, phlebotomy, pharmacy, and other services; and 24/7 monitoring in the home. The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) reports that more than 60 acute conditions can be treated at home by following proper protocols. HaH managers may also be known as advanced care at home managers.
