Cryptocurrency Specialists

Unions and Associations

Cryptocurrency specialists do not belong to unions, but they can join general IT associations—such as the Association for Computing Machinery and IEEE Computer Society. They can also become members of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and cryptography associations such as the American Blockchain & Cryptocurrency Association, International Association for Cryptologic Research, and U.S. Blockchain Association. These organizations offer continuing education classes and webinars, networking opportunities, publications, and other resources. Members of the Blockchain Association include blockchain networks, trading platforms that allow users to exchange cryptocurrencies, and early stage blockchain investors. The Blockchain Council, CryptoCurrency Certification Consortium, and National Initiative for Cybersecurity Careers and Studies provide certification credentials.
