Entrepreneurs

Work Environment

Developing a business is an extremely challenging endeavor. Many entrepreneurs work more than 80 hours a week—especially in the early days of developing and launching their product, service, or business. These long work hours can be mentally and physically taxing, and entrepreneurs may struggle to find a good work-life balance. On the other hand, many people choose to become entrepreneurs because they want to break free from the 9:00-to-5:00 corporate “rat race,” create their own work schedules, have more control of their work duties, and have the opportunity to make much more money than they would at a regular job.
