PayScale.com reports that clinical data managers earned bonuses in 2024 that ranged from $1,000 to $15,000 a year, and annual profit sharing that ranged from $613 to $11,000. Some companies provide reimbursement to clinical data managers who complete continuing education classes and certification programs.
