The alliance says that “professionals working at companies that serve both business-to-business and business-to-consumer markets earn a notable 31.4 percent more than those at companies focused solely on one market type.”

Annual salaries for business development and partnerships go-to-market managers at Meta ranged from $159,000 to $223,000 in 2025, plus bonuses, equity, and other benefits, according to a job listing at the tech company’s Web site.

Benefits for GTM managers depend on the employer; however, they usually include such items as health insurance, retirement or 401(k) plans, and paid vacation days. Many receive performance bonuses and access to profit-sharing plans.
