Traffic Managers

Work Environment

Traffic managers work in offices in advertising agencies. No day is exactly the same, but each day they spend time on computers and mobile devices when away from their desks, checking schedules, e-mails, and communicating with project staff members and advertisers. They meet with project workers to discuss the status of work and update schedules. They may travel to meet with advertisers and staff members working in other cities and regions. Work hours are normally weekdays during business hours but when deadlines approach, they may work overtime during the evenings and weekends.
