Regular interactions with people in a retail setting will give you a general idea of what it’s like to work as a medical screener. You can obtain general customer-service experience by working part-time at a drugstore, grocery store, or in another retail setting. Some medical offices might hire teens to work as receptionists during summer breaks. This would be an excellent way to obtain experience in a medical setting.
