ETL Developers

Any ETL development experience via an internship, co-op, volunteering, or a part-time job will be useful for aspiring developers. Some employers require candidates for top ETL developer positions to have three to five years of experience in the field.

To be a successful ETL developer, you must have excellent analytical, organizational, communication, presentation, facilitation, and customer service skills; creativity; a detail-oriented and analytical personality; the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines; and a willingness to continue to learn throughout your career.
