Health Club Owners and Managers


Medical professionals have long touted exercise as beneficial (if not necessary) to maintain health. In addition to a nutritional diet, daily exercise helps to maintain weight, aids circulation, and promotes lung and heart health. Many exercise by running, walking, biking, or skating in the great outdoors. However, for many people who live in harsh climates during much of the year, this is not always possible. There needs to be another option for those in Arizona in the middle of summer or those in Minnesota in the dead of winter. The introduction and rapid expansion of health clubs across the country fit this need.
