Biofuels/Biodiesel Technology and Product Development Managers

Biofuels/biodiesel technology and product development managers work primarily indoors in offices and laboratories. They work closely with others, supervising staff and managing teams, and also spend time on computers, studying data and writing reports. They may visit technology and production plants and manufacturing facilities.

Most technology and product development managers work full time. When project deadlines are tight, they work longer hours to complete the work that's needed. This can be stressful and tiring at times. Some travel may be required for project meetings, conferences, and to conduct research.
