Registered nurses who worked in geriatric care earned a median salary of $112,000 in January 2024, a ccording to ZipRecruiter.com. The lowest paid 10 percent earned less than $79,500, while the top paid 10 percent made more than $160,000 a year.

Salary is determined by many factors, including nursing specialty, education, and place of employment, shift worked, geographical location, and work experience.
