Cybersecurity Architects

Cyberseek.org created a three-tier advancement list that features entry-level, mid-level, and advanced-level positions. Entry-level positions include cybersecurity specialists, cybercrime analysts, incident and intrusion analysts, and IT auditors. It’s mid-level tier includes cybersecurity analyst, cybersecurity consultant, and penetration and vulnerability tester. In addition to cybersecurity architects, the advanced-level tier includes cybersecurity engineers and managers (who may also supervise engineers and architects). The next step after manager is chief information security officer. Other top advancement options include consulting firm owner and IT professor.
