Key personal traits include top-notch communication and interpersonal abilities (including the ability to translate legal language and requirements so that they can be easily understood by non-lawyers); excellent leadership, project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; the ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment; and integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
